The Ticemed project was born in the beginnings of 2000 decade. The objective was then to convene a group of scientists involved around the Mediterranean to question issues focused on information technology and communication in education. Over the successive editions, the corpus accumulated by this set of heterogeneous actors gradually revealed a set of epistemological symmetries and asymmetries around key concepts of humanism, multiculturalism, mediation and speech.

Ticemed international association aims at providing a permanent structure for the continuation of those reflexions through congresses, publications and social networks.

For this edition of TICEMED, we are fortunate to be able to offer you two very beautiful conference places to discover different faces of Athens.
The first day will take place at the University of Panteion, Address: 136, Syggrou ave, 176 71 Athens - Greece, located in the center.
For the next two days, we will meet in Piraeus, at the Laskarides Institute, Akti Moutsopoulou 16, Pireas 185 35, Greece, where you can also enjoy the marina.
 
These two places are well served by public transport, allow 15 minutes between the center and Piraeus.
